On 18th February 1996, RACQ CapRescue undertook it’s first rescue mission and Mark was the onboard paramedic.
Today, Mark’s experience is as unique as the region he serves: a beef cattle operator, former intensive care paramedic, fixed and rotary wing aeromedical and rescue worker and corporate governance expert. Since that first mission in 1996, RACQ CapRescue has completed 7500 rescues and saved more than 7000 lives. For Mark, these are more than just impressive numbers. They are the reason he’s committed to ensuring a world class aerial search and rescue service continues to operate in Central QLD.
