CapRescue Health & Wellness Expo – Gladstone

The CapRescue Health & Wellness Expo will aim to showcase all things health, fitness, and wellness in Gladstone including sporting organisations, gyms and fitness groups/centres, nutritionists, dieticians, naturopaths, yoga and pilates studios, physios, massage therapists, mental health organisations, and everything in between.

The event will be held at the Gladstone Ports Corporation Marina Parklands and take place straight after Colour Me Capricorn Gladstone.
