11. Online store – General Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Raffle Tickets By purchasing raffle tickets online, you (“the Ticket Buyer”) agree to the following terms and conditions: Purchases made utilising a credit card are final, non-refundable and not disputable. Where there has been an unauthorised use of a buyer’s credit card, and the unauthorised nature of that use can be proven, then the payment will be refunded, unless it has already been credited to the relevant Client Organisation.
The Ticket Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket in this raffle. Raffle ticket purchases external to Australia are NOT permitted. Raffle ticket numbers will be sent by email or text. Any disputes about the raffle must be directed to [email protected].
13.1 Refund Policy – Merchandise Every purchase helps keep CapRescue flying. We appreciate your support and hope that you love what you have ordered from us!
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or if there is an error with your order, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange. Please have your receipt on hand so that we can easily identify your order.
Please note that for returns due to change of mind additional shipping charges will be incurred.
13.2 Refund Policy – Event Tickets Every purchase helps keep CapRescue flying – we appreciate your support.
Tickets are sold on the condition that purchasers are not entitled to a refund or exchange of their ticket in any circumstances. In some instances, you may be permitted to transfer tickets to another person with prior permission from CapRescue. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
14. Delivery Orders will be shipped on weekdays within 72 hours after receiving your order. We’ll use the most efficient shipping option to get your delivery to you.
Your signature may be required on delivery. If you aren’t available to collect your order, the carrier will leave a notification for you. Please get in contact with the carrier as stated on their notification within the suggested time frame to avoid your order being returned to the warehouse.
