Five Years of Community Dedication

MM Electrical Mining and Industrial Supplies Proudly Celebrates 5 Years Supporting CapRescue

CapRescue and MM Electrical Mining & Industrial Rockhampton (MMEM & i3Infrasolutions) are celebrating five years of collaboration, marking a significant milestone in their joint commitment to the community. As a dedicated “Lift Off Partner,” MMEM & i3 has played an essential role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the region.

Paul Lawrence, Manager at MM Electrical Rockhampton, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting CapRescue and the importance of giving back to the communities where they operate, particularly in the coalfields and Gladstone. The partnership aligns with their focus on serving customers across Queensland, especially in remote and regional areas.

In addition to clients, Lawrence commented on the active lifestyles of their employees and families.

“Our team enjoys the outdoors and what Central Queensland has to offer and have seen CapRescue in action.  The sight of the helicopter overhead is a relief, knowing that help is always nearby. This sense of security extends to our employees and customers who often travel long distances on the roads for work.”

Ben Prinsloo, Manager of Infrastructure and Major Projects at MMEM & i3, highlighted the value of the partnership from both a business and personal perspective. He shared that many of their infrastructure projects are in remote areas, sometimes hours away by car. Knowing that CapRescue is available in case of an emergency brings peace of mind to the team and their customers.

“It’s been five years of an awesome partnership. Many of our customers have come to understand, as we share with them, that we’re a part of this community,” Prinsloo added.

“MMEM & i3 has actively participated in various CapRescue events, including golf days and other social activities, recently raising more money through our own Charity Golf Day. But the real significance of this partnership lies in the critical support CapRescue provides to those in need, especially in challenging and remote environments.”

As MM Electrical Rockhampton marks this significant five-year milestone, CapRescue expresses its gratitude for their support. Kirsty Wooler, Operations Manager at CapRescue, highlighted the positive impact of this partnership.

“MMEM & i3’s commitment has been instrumental in enhancing the availability of critical emergency services across the region,” Wooler said.

Both organizations are eager to continue their strong collaboration, furthering their shared dedication to the community’s safety and wellbeing for years to come.
