RACQ CapRescue Acknowledges Coxons Group Australia Commitment

RACQ CapRescue expresses its deepest gratitude to Coxons Group Australia for their partnership over the past three years. This commitment has given the lifesaving service the ability to provide world-class aeromedical and counter-disaster capabilities in their 350,000 km2 region.

Coxons Group Australia joined forces with RACQ CapRescue as a Lift Off Partner in 2021, embodying their core principle of supporting and developing a better future for the community. Their dedication and support have played a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the 300,000 residents in Central Queensland.

Kirsty Wooler, Operations Manager at RACQ CapRescue, acknowledges the significance of these partnerships and expresses gratitude for the years of collaboration.

“We value the relationships we build at RACQ CapRescue, and Coxons Group Australia has been an instrumental partner in our mission to serve the community. They have made an impact on our operations, and we thank them for their contribution.”

Scott MacDonald, CEO of Coxons Group, Australia’s leading cooling component specialist for Australia’s mining sector, emphasised the importance of giving back to local communities.

“Regional communities are doing it tough in Australia. As a national organisation, it’s important to us that we pull up our socks and do our part to help – particularly when it comes to supporting essential services and access to emergency healthcare. We’re proud to have supported the rescue of so many Australians in need these past few years and RACQ CapRescue does an outstanding job.”

In addition to the three-year partnership, Coxons Group Australia has been a dedicated Rescue300 member and sponsored the annual Golf Day, benefiting RACQ CapRescue.

As RACQ CapRescue faces increasing service demand, corporate partnerships like the one with Coxons Group Australia are crucial to sustaining the operations. Currently, the rescue team handles an average of 1.4 daily tasks, ranging from primary attendance at accident scenes and workplaces to search and rescue activities and retrieving critical patients from outlying hospitals. The service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring the people of Central Queensland receive lifesaving assistance free of charge.

RACQ CapRescue expresses heartfelt thanks to Coxons Group Australia for their time as a partner and for assisting with the safety and well-being of our community.
